2008 ANNUAL APPEAL Imagine you suddenly find yourself facing a legal problem that could severely impact your life. For thousands of individuals and families in Massachusetts, this isn’t a hypothetical situation, but a tragic reality. As the charitable affiliate of the Boston Bar Association, the Boston Bar Foundation provides grants to legal services organizations that provide critical assistance to low-income individuals and families in the Greater Boston area. It also funds programs that seek to improve the administration of justice and that facilitate pro bono and community service opportunities for the legal community.
